I had my first dental appointment in years here today, and I was blown away by the care and service I received! As someone who, like many others, suffers from dental anxiety, I was very nervous about coming to my appointment today. I was instantly greeted by friendly staff that were genuine, kind, and helpful. The hygienist and doctor were incredibly skilled and friendly.

Kind, friendly, extraordinarily skilled, and never in a hurry. From the receptionist through the entire staff, they made me feel welcome and expressed their happiness that I chose them as my dentist. This was my first visit at Heart of the City Dental and I’m so glad I made the switch. Excellent experience starting with the friendly front office staff! My hygienist Kristin was extremely knowledgeable and gentle! Dr. Heidi was thorough and very nice! I have to say their comfort menu was an added pleasant surprise!! I was nervous to switch dentists but Heart of the City has been great! Their staff is so kind and they even offer a comfort menu for your visit. They are thorough and I leave feeling taken care of. Jenna is the kindest person at makes a point to know every patient. Cheyanne made me feel so comfortable during my fillings. Would recommend!

I had a great experience, everyone was so friendly and just good vibes all around. Very thorough and informative. Very nice office, they offer coffee, and water in the waiting area and they offer blankets while in the chair. I love that this is a woman owned business and from what I could tell all of the staff are also women. I left a big chain that I had multiple issues with and I am now very excited to be part of this locally women owned dental office. 5 stars!

Kristin is a very good dental professional in all aspects of her patient care. I have known her for years and travel from Wayzata to Burnsville, in order to have her help me with my teeth and gum health. I suffer from excessive tartar buildup, so I see her 4 times a year in order to minimize that issue. I highly recommended her in light of the quality professional she has always been, since I’ve known her all these years.
