Restore Your Smile with Fixed Dentures and Single-Tooth Implants
Dr. Heidi Smith and Dr. Tanya Peterson understand that living without one or more of your teeth can be difficult and unhealthy. It can destroy your confidence, affect your speech, make you reluctant to smile, and impact what foods you can eat. Bridges or dentures can provide temporary help but may cause additional oral issues over time and not look or feel the same as your natural teeth.
Implants are permanently mounted to your jaw, retain bone health, restore your chewing ability, and look like your natural teeth. They may be used to permanently attach dentures for improved lifestyle and, with proper care, can last a lifetime.

Straighten Teeth Esthetically with Invisalign®
Invisalign® is the invisible way to straighten your teeth without braces. Invisalign® uses a series of clear, removable aligners to straighten your teeth without metal wires or brackets. Invisalign® has been proven effective in clinical research and orthodontic practices nationwide. Watch Video
4-Step Invisalign® Process
1
You wear each set of aligners for about two weeks, removing them only to eat, drink, brush, and floss.
2
As you replace each aligner with the next in your series, your teeth will move little by little, week by week, until they have straightened to their final position.
3
You’ll visit us about once every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing as planned.
4
Total treatment time averages 9-15 months, and the average number of aligners during treatment is between 18-30. Still, both will vary based on your personal needs.

Porcelain Crowns
Protect and keep badly decayed or fractured teeth while maintaining a beautiful smile. Made to perfectly match the shape and shade of your other teeth, they’re durable, strong, and undetectable.
Crowns should be placed before the tooth fractures. This can often help prevent the expense of root canal therapy in the future. If a tooth is too damaged to have a crown applied, a porcelain bridge may be a good alternative.
Tooth-Colored Bonding
For stained, chipped, cracked, or decayed teeth that need repair, Dr. Peterson and Dr. Smith often recommend dental bonding as a low-cost option to improve your smile. Dental bonding materials bond to the tooth’s structure that is being restored. We can use the bonding resin to create natural, beautiful modifications for cracks and chips in the teeth, filling gaps, recoloring, or reshaping teeth. The resin is available in many shades to match the color of your other teeth.
Relaxation Dentistry
Suppose you’re anxious or afraid to visit the dentist and undergo a specific procedure. In that case, nitrous oxide may be a helpful solution.
Experienced and compassionate dentists like Dr. Smith and Dr. Peterson understand your concerns and can make your dental visit completely relaxing. Nitrous oxide offers a safe, fear-free option, helping patients feel calm and at ease during their dental appointments.
Professional Smile Whitening
Many everyday things like coffee, tea, and wine can dull teeth. Smile-whitening enables us to significantly brighten your teeth for that dazzling look you deserve.
Plastic whitening trays will be made from models of your teeth. You will then place a special whitening gel in each tray and wear the trays in your mouth for minimal time per day (many patients wear their trays after dinner and before bed). A significant change in tooth color is usually seen in just two weeks.

Veneers
Veneers are very thin porcelain pieces that are custom-made to adhere directly to the front of teeth with minimal reduction of shaving. Transform your smile with minimal reduction of your natural teeth!
In the hands of a highly-skilled Dr. Tanya and Dr. Heidi, porcelain veneers can provide you with an incredibly natural, beautiful smile. They are virtually undetectable and can dramatically improve your appearance. They are durable and long-lasting when compared to other cosmetic treatments.
Mercury-Free Fillings
The common silver filling contains mercury. Our Burnsville, MN, practice uses the highest-quality biocompatible, tooth-colored restorations to create healthy, beautiful smiles. Since the composite material adheres directly to the tooth enamel, less preparation of the tooth is required before using it. This means it is more durable and provides a more natural-looking result.
BOTOX®
BOTOX® has been shown to be effective in decreasing pain for those suffering with TMJ. With a course of BOTOX® treatment, you can decrease your jaw pain and improve the range of jaw motion.
BOTOX® also reduces the signs of aging by using injections to improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines between the brows.
